REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Modality of Participation

At least one author must be registered for each accepted paper.
An author registration is valid for only one paper and a different author must be registered for each extra paper.

Authors

Registration between for 4 and 30 September, 2024.

Payment until September 30, 2024 (1st Payment phase) or until October 31, 2024 (2nd Payment phase).

Registration and Payment Process Support
The payment of the registration fee is not automatic, after registration you will receive an email from the IPCA Treasury about the payment of the registration fee. Any questions please email sa_esd@ipca.pt

* Implies the presentation of an updated proof of registration in the respective master's or doctoral program.

** This offer is valid only for one paper registration by an ID+ integrated researcher author (upon presentation of proof).
The registration of a second paper must be done by a co-author.

Links to the online sessions @ Colibri Zoom will be available in the conference programme at the end of October 2024.

Important Notes

In order to provide a greater opportunity for more people to present at the conference, each accepted paper with multiple co-authors should have a different conference registrant. However, co-authors may appear on multiple papers. For inclusion in the Digicom Proceedings and Publications, at least one registration per paper is required.
The registration fee does not include lunch or dinner.

Once you have registered, you'll receive a confirmation email, as well as the payment process details.

Authors

The authors of the accepted communication, to be presented orally, must pay the corresponding registration fee, which entitles them to:
1) Be part of the official program;
2) Receive supporting documentation;
3) Obtain the certificate of participation;
4) Publish the paper in the proceedings book.
